Non-Electric Air Conditioning System

The Polar P-1000 FH air conditioning system stands out with its compact design and ease of installation. Its fully hydraulic, non-electric nature eliminates the need for electrical power, making it an ideal solution for hazardous locations. The P-1000 FH is built with MSHA-rated components, ensuring its suitability for various applications.

Heavy-Duty A/C Split System

The P-1320 / 320 is a robust split system A/C unit designed to withstand challenging conditions, requiring minimal maintenance. Its high cooling capacity makes it suitable for underground mining machinery, refuge stations, and various mining equipment.

Heavy-Duty Condensers

Polar offers the P-1325 heavy-duty condenser for 24VDC machine applications. This versatile unit offers various mounting configurations and compatibility with factory cab A/C systems. It has a 20,000 BTU condenser capacity and is designed for high dust or vibration environments.

The P-1900 condenser, suitable for similar applications, features:

  • 35,000 BTU capacity
  • 10A at 24VDC
  • Dimensions: 28 3/4in (W) x 11 5/16in (D) x 14 1/2in (H)

Through-Wall HVAC System

The P-5225 HVAC unit is designed for large cabs and dusty environments, providing exceptional air quality. It features various power options and a maximum amp draw for cooling at 24A and heating at 32A.

Rooftop Air Conditioners

The P-5070 and P-9977 are high-capacity rooftop A/C units built for harsh conditions in mining, military, and heavy equipment applications. They ensure a comfortable, controlled environment, reducing operator fatigue.

Hydraulic-driven Air Conditioner

The P-9990 series offers versatile HVAC solutions, with two models catering to different temperature ranges and requirements. These units are self-contained and can be mounted on a cabin’s rear or side wall.
